EXHIBITION of works of art to the Day of the Artist "Under the Cover of Autumn Muses»

On October 11, 2018, the opening of the exhibition of works of art "Under the Cover of Autumn Muses", dedicated to the Day of the Artist, will be held in the Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum. The holding of this exhibition, which represents the whole variety of styles, trends, techniques of a creative palette of artists of our region, has already become traditional. This year, the celebration of the Day of the Artist coincided with the celebration of very significant and special holidays for each Ukrainian: the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Day of Defender of Ukraine and the Day of Ukrainian Cossacks. That is why the exhibition will present works that represent these holidays.

The exhibition presents the works of artists - members of the Kirovograd Regional Organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. These are canvases of famous masters of portrait, landscape and still life - Honored Artist of Ukraine Felix Polonsky, Yuriy Vintenko, Volodymyr Plitin, representing a realistic direction in the pictorial art of Kirovograd region. Bright, expressive, color-rich works of the brothers Sergiy (Honored Artist of Ukraine) and Anatoliy Shapovalovs were also created in a realistic manner. Realistic art is presented by works of members of the younger generation, in particular, Vasyl Koval, Anatoliy Kimnatny, Anastasia Plitina.

Decorative approach to painting was demonstrated in their works by Yuriy Goncharenko, Igor Smychek, Maria Achkasova.

The original interpretation of the traditional scenes is different pictures of the chairman of the Kirovograd Regional Organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine Andriy Khvorost, National Artist of Ukraine Mykhaylo Nadezhdin and Honored Artist of Ukraine Andriy Nadezhdin.

Ceramics is represented by the works of Larisa Kulinich. In the technique of paper cutting it was created the work of Olga Kolomiets. The sculpture is represented by the work of Victor Samoylenko. This is a monument project for Heroes of Maidan Square. The graphics technique is represented by the work of Oksana Samiylenko.

In the exhibition you can see the works of artists who are not members of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine - Galyna Yarova-Vintenko, Olga Krasnopolska, Myroslava Padalka, students of the III course of the Art Department of the Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko - Victoria Slyushchenko and Yulia Orlyk.
