On March 5, 2021, the Art Museum presented a virtual exhibition to mark the International Day of Women's Rights and Peace, dedicated to a very positive, beautiful and romantic time of year, sung not only in poetry and prose, but also on the paintings of talented masters of the brush.

This holiday is celebrated at the very happy time when nature takes its first breath, when people are waiting for warmth, renewal, tenderness.

A woman is in many ways similar to spring: gentleness, beauty, emotionality, rainbow saturation of feelings. And it is thanks to women, their love and kindness, men overcome adversity, do not lose hope and believe in the best. After all, the warmth and kindness of the hearts of a woman-mother, wife, beloved, her tender smile overcome all the sorrows of our existence.

Therefore, the main purpose of the presented exhibition is to honor the amazing beautiful Spring with the means of fine arts and create a positive mood for the audience.

The presented works depict the beginning of spring, but some of them present a later spring period, including the romantic April, from which, in fact, the full awakening of nature begins.

They convey the beauty of the nature of the work of Jadwiga Matsiewska (1916-1996) "Lilac Blossoms" (1962); Oleksandr Foynitsky (1886-1973) “Courtyard. Lilac bushes "; Ernest Kontratovich (1912-2009) "Spring", (1986); Vladimir Fedorov (1920-1986) "Flowering Trees" (1959); Mykola Bondarenko (1914-1999) "Spring Motif" (2006); Olga Kolomiets (b. 1964) "March" (2009); Anatoly Gorbenko (born 1944) "Easter Evening" (2002); Neonila Babich "Lilac" (2009); Amschey Nuremberg (1887-1979) "Under the Blossoming Apple Trees"; Amschey Nuremberg (1887-1979) "In the Flower Garden"; Serhiy Dryha (b. 1960), Vilkovsky Apple Trees (2003); Victor Osipenko (1958-2016) "Spring", (2012) and Anatoly Kimnatny (born 1980) "Lilac", (2009).

The holiday of the beautiful part of humanity is, first of all, a holiday that evokes the best feelings in people. So there is nothing left but to enjoy this holiday of women, spring and beauty.
