I'm just a woman. Sinful and holy,
I`m weak and strong, I`m gray and bright.
I'm just a woman, I`m just another flower under light.
The one who needs just happiness, not glory.

On February 24, 2021, the Museum of Arts presented a nude photo project called "NoBody" by Myroslava Lypa from Kropyvnytskyi, a charming and brave girl.
The nude photo project NoBody is a series of works that reveals the natural beauty of women in the environment of their own home, where there is no need to meet certain social ideas about external aesthetics. The project was conceived as a contrast to modern, often commercially imposed, standards of beauty. The concept is that it is at home, in everyday, even routine affairs, when there is no situation of possible assessment of appearance and there is no need to follow public expectations about aesthetics, women do not lose beauty and harmony, while focusing on their own comfort rather than certain stereotypes about their appearance.
18 different women took part in the project. The creative process took place during the year, the result is 40 photographs. Shooting took place in models at home on a daily basis, which is inherent in each. Some plots were previously discussed, as they were supposed to be familiar to the participants, some arose spontaneously, while avoiding staging as much as possible, it is more observation and fixation of the moment than guidance and posing.
In the search for a common storyline, there was a desire not to turn to modern social trends such as body-positive, but not to deny the opposite: to reject polar ideas about self-presentation through blind following and protest against modern views on beauty standards and find some balance. Through the photo project I wanted to express the opinion that femininity is not about the body, which is partially reflected in the name. And that in society it is necessary to keep the same inner harmony and confidence in its uniqueness, and hence the beauty that is in solitude.
The works presented in the project do not have separate names. In essence, they reveal the image of one woman in many ways. Generalized, sometimes simplified, sometimes hyperbolized, but in the presented photos you can see something close and familiar to everyone. Through the presented works, I would like to remind you that beauty and perfection also exist in imperfection, which is ultimately unique, so it makes no sense to compare your appearance with those visual female images that are broadcast by media, social networks or advertising.
