On March 19, 2021, the publication "Victor Samylenko's Versatility" was opened in the Art Museum of the Kirovohrad Regional Council, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of the famous sculptor and artists, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.

15 березня 2021 року в Музеї мистецтв представлено віртуальну експозицію творів «Такий химерний світ» до 70-річчя від дня народження художника-земляка, члена Національної спілки художників України, лауреата обласної премії у сфері образотворчого мистецтва та мистецтвознавства імені Олександра Осмьоркіна у номінації «Новітні спрямування» (2010) Володимира Васильовича Кир’янова (1951-2017).
