On May 17, 2019, the exhibition "Touch to a Dream" for Europe Day in Ukraine was opened in the Regional Art Museum.. Every third Saturday of May, the public celebrates Europe Day in Ukraine.

This relatively new holiday encourages Ukrainians to percept European aspirations declared by the Ukrainian government and enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine. Celebrating this holiday Ukrainians  return themselves   to the family of European peoples, learning about the European values of partner countries. Changing the vector of political consciousness towards the values of Western civilization has influenced the political process from stagnation and prosperity by reforming and deepening the integration processes between Ukraine and the European Union. Determining the leading role of European values as criteria for measuring human value and activity. The European Development Vector has significantly broadened the horizons for understanding the world and developing the economy.

It  was suggested to consider the works of S.A. Drew (1944) "The Lights of Valkenburg", 1999; Morning in Antwerp, 1999; «Tratoria Soprano. Krakow ”, 2005 and V.O. Bilous (1944) Forum, 2014; St. Angel's Bridge, 2014 In the exposition presented to the museum visitors  . The magnificent  and unique urban architecture and architecture of the European cities of Valkenburg, Antwerp, Krakow  was submitted in the works. The exhibition organically combines the creation of two brush masters Sergiy Dryha and Vladimir Belous. A characteristic feature of Sergei Dryga's work is the images of urban architectural figures that are saturated with color and  filled with  atmosphere  and space. The works of Vladimir Belous are a contrast to the works of Sergiy Dreha, its chant fragments of ancient architecture, which modern civilization inexorably enters.
