Exhibition following the contest "The beauty of God's world through the eyes of special children"

On June 20, 2019, the opening of the exhibition was held following the results of the contest "The beauty of God's world through the eyes of special children» in the department of the Kirovograd Regional Museum of Art - Peter Ossovsky's Art Gallery "World and Fatherland".The competition was organized by the Catechism and Enlightenment Department of the Kirovohrad Diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Co-organizers were Kirovohrad Oblast Non-Governmental Organization of Parents of Children with Disabilities "Mother's Heart" and Kirovohrad Oblast Art Museum.

The competition was attended by students of "Special comprehensive school №1 of Kropyvnytskyi", "Special comprehensive school №3 (for children with hearing impairment) ", children's home "Our house", gallery "Yelisavetgrad", art studio "Palette of the soul" operating at the Sunday School of the Transfiguration Cathedral and students from Khmelnytskyi of the "Dzerzhinsk Children's School of Arts". The total number of submitted works is about 50.

The competition was held in three age categories.

In the younger age category, the winners were Nazar Maksimov (1st place), Cyril Davydov (1st place), Karina Logvina (1st place), Ivan Butkovsky (2nd place), Maria Varanitskaya (2nd place), Sofia Logvina (3rd place).

In the middle age category, the winners were Nadiya Moroz (1st place), Artem  Antineskul (2nd place), Darya Lenchenko (2nd place), Oleksiy Antonyuk (2nd place), Natasha Potekhina (2nd place), Oksana Pritulak(2nd place), Marina Cherevashko (3rd place), Bogdan Sukhin (3rd place), Sofia Fatihova (3rd place), Yaroslav Makarchuk (3rd place).

In the senior age category, the winners were Olga  Zdor (1st place), Stanislav Zaitsev (2nd place), Darina   Spano (2nd place), Yaroslav Moroz (3rd place), Marian Akharova (3rd place).

Cyril Babkin received  super Prize  that call «Mother and Baby Permit to Camp “Spring of Hope at Sea 2019”.
