On March 22, 2018, in Kirovohrad Oblast Art Museum, the solo exhibition of works "Graphics and Me" was opened on the 35th anniversary of birth of Yuliia Yuriivna Humyrova, teacher of the Design Department of the Kropyvnytskyi Institute of PHEI "University of Modern Knowledge".
Yuliia Yuriivna Humyrova was born on March 22, 1983 in the city of Kirovohrad (Kropyvnytskyi). When child, she showed the ability to paint and later, at the age of five, she began to attend Kirovohrad Oblast Center for Children and Youth Creativity. Little Julia studied at "Sunflower" Artistic Studio of Fine Art under the direction of the great Ukrainian education Iryna Zantariia. She also graduated from the Kirovohrad O. Osmorkin City Art School. Teachers L. H. Kirianova and V.H. Plitin assisted her to be acquainted with various kinds of art.
2000-2005 she studied at the Art Department of the Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian (Kirovohrad) State Pedagogical University, and successfully graduated with the master's degree. At the University, she was studied of academic drawing and painting by Olga Pungina, of decorative and applied art - by Larysa Harbuzenko. Yuliia was taught by the well-known artists and pedagogues of Kirovohrad Oblast - Honored Artist of Ukraine Nataliia Fedorenko and Professor of the Department of Fine Arts and Design, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine Leonid Babenko.
Yuliia Yuriivna constantly participates in many exhibitions, artistic competitions and festivals, where she receives prizes and numerous honors. Her creative biography is impressive with her artistic achievements:
1996-1999 - participation in international festivals of children and youth creativity dedicated to the International Earth Day;
1998 - solo exhibition in the Kirovohrad Ye. Malaniuk (O. Boichenko) Oblast Library for Youth;
2000 - solo exhibition in the Kirovohrad O.O. Osmorkin Art and Memorial Museum;
2000 - solo exhibition in Utah (USA);
2002 - II place in the "Steppe Wind" festival in the category "Artwork" (Kyiv);
2002 - the design of O. Yeroshkina's book "Colorful World";
2003 - 1st place at the 5th All-Ukrainian Art Festival "Starry Wind" in the nomination "Fine Arts" (Kyiv);
2008 - exhibition "Young artists of Kirovohrad Oblast" in Kirovohrad Oblast Art Museum;
2010 - design of book by L. Solodova "How to Become a Friend";
2011 - design of book by L. Solodova "July in Kirovohrad";
2012 - design of book by L. Solodova "August in Kirovohrad";
2013 - design of book by L. Solodova "September in Kirovohrad";
2015 - exhibition of works "With Graphics Through Life" in the Kirovohrad Oblast Art Museum;
2016 - exhibition of graphic works in the Kyiv Planetarium "University of Modern Knowledge";
2016 - exhibition of works by Iryna Zantariia "Stairs: Teacher and Disciples".
Since 2000, Yuliia Yuriivna Humyrova has been working as a lecturer at the Design Department at the Kropyvnytskyi Institute of PHEI "University of Modern Knowledge", where she transmits her knowledge and teaches student youth to master the world of art. Incidentally, the final exhibitions of students of III and II courses of the Design Department, which are organized in a creative and festive atmosphere by Ms. Yuliia, are traditionally held at the institution.
The artist creates her art works mainly in the field of graphics and easel painting. This year's exhibition “Graphics and Me” features 45 sophisticated, created with Indian ink and pen compositions (2017-2018) - "Flower of Trust", "Dreamer", "Blast of Happiness", "Silence of Dawn", "Spring Grace", etc.
This year, for the first time, Yuliia provided her graphic work Flowers (2018) for participation in the Easter Eve Charity Auction.
During the opening of the exhibition, Yuliia Humyrova transferred to the stocks of the Art Museum her masterpiece Guardian angel (2017).
