The exhibition "Time of growth"

June 24, 2016 at the Small Gallery of Kirovoрrad Regional Art Museum - Department of teenage reading, information and advisory services to users of Kirovohrad Oblast T.H. Shevchenko Library for Children the exhibition "Time of growth" of works of students of Kirovohrad College Design Department and Kirovohrad Institute of HEI "University of contemporary knowledge" opened.

The exhibition presents the work of students, made in the technique of cold batik that were created in the years 2015-2016 under the direction of senior lecturer on design at Kirovohrad Institute of HEI "University of contemporary knowledge" Zantariia Iryna Mykhailivna.

Batik is hand painting on fabric. The specific paint is put onto fabric - silk, cotton, wool or synthetics. For clear boundaries at the junction of paints a special fixing is used (based on paraffin, petrol or water-based - depending on the chosen technology, fabrics and colors).

Everyone, and especially young artist subconsciously needs support. Her vision of a guardian angel Alina Dudnik reflected in the "Guardian Angel" and Zernova Karyna  in the "Soul of the City".

The theme of flower "kingdom" is chosen for works: Anna Nikolaienko "Sunflowers" and "Poppies" Krupinina Antonina "Lily", Shkoliarova Olha "Pink flower".

Animalistic genre is presented by Bilyk Serhii "Bird" and "Dove", Anna Nikolaienko "Crane", Iryna Fedorova "Bird" and "Moonlight night", Alina Dudnik "In comfort place".

Oriental motifs are characteristic of works "Yin and Yang" by Anna Nikolaienko and abstract compositions "Morning Charm" Hryschenko Yana.

"Golden Sails" by Anna Nikolaenko is a hope for "Fair wind". Summer theme is presented in work by Iryna Fedorova "Summer".

Prominent place in the display is taken by a lyrical composition of the second year student of Design Department of Institute "University of contemporary knowledge" by Odud Polina "Spring song".

 

 It has become a good tradition to hold  personal and thematic exhibitions of young artists in the halls of the library.

We hope that the meeting with the works of talented young people will continue to surprise us with unexpected view of our contemporary reality, will push to find new creative ideas in the world of beauty.
