Virtual Exhibition of Andrew Kadyhroba

Andrii Mykhailovych Kadyhrob was born on April 4, 1981 at Kirovohradm, Ukraine. He was hepped on painting at the age of 17, then after the graduation from school №11 he entered the Kirovohrad Institute of Regional Management and Economics. In 2000 he entered the publishing and printing department National Technical University of Ukraine (before was known as Kyiv Polytechnic Institute) on the speciality of     black-and-white artist. He graduated from university in 2005 with a bachelor of arts.

Kadyhrob participated in many regional and national exhibitions. His first own exhibition of young artist "Persha Zustrich (First Meeting)"  was in Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum in November 2004. In January 2005 and 2006, his exhibitions were held in the gallery "Mystets" (Kyiv). In April 2006, a personal exhibition of Kadyhrob Andrii was held in Kirovohrad Art Memorial Museum of O.O. Osmerkin.

In 2006 he was awarded the premium of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for outstanding achievements of young people in the development of Ukraine in the nomination "For creative achievements."


In 2007 the Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum held a joint exhibition of Andrii Kadyhrob and famous sculptor from Kyiv Volodymyr Filatov "Vesniana Feyeria (Spring extravaganza)". This year a personal exhibition of Kadyhrob was held in the gallery "Dim Mykoly" (Kyiv). In 2009 his personal exhibition exhibited in shopping centers of Doha (Qatar).

Also, during 2004 -2009 years works of Kadyhrob were presented in the exhibition of imaginative works in Kirovohrad Region State Administration.

Andrii Mykhailovych was the author of  many exciting and high profile projects in our city.


In 2009, Andrii Kadyhrob was the author of  auction of Easter event, co-organizers of   which was co-media group "Ves' Kirovohrad (All Kirovograd) " and Kirovograd Regional Art Museum. This action was the first auction of works of art in Kirovohrad and this auction successfully performs to this day.

Also in 2009 A. Kadyhrob and media group "Ves' Kirovohrad (All Kirovograd) " in conjunction with the corporation "XXI Century" started the Spring plein-air in the city park of Kirovograd, which was held for  several years in a row.

He is the curator of the "Dyvo-pysanka (Miracle Easter Egg)" (2012), its main ideological inspiratior and performer. This was a significant achievement for our city, because a wonderful Easter Egg of Kirovohrad  was mentioned as the one of the best.


The works of young artist are kept in the collection of Kirovohrad regional art museum, Kirovohrad Art Memorial Museum of O.O. Osmerkin, in private collections of Ukraine, Czech Republic and France.


The main dimension of Andrii's work is oil painting. He tries to follow the best traditions of realistic painting.
