Exhibition of children's works "Creating with Picasso" to the 135 anniversary of the birth of Pablo Picasso (1881-1973)

On October 22, 2016 the Regional Art Museum opened an exhibition of children's works "Creating with Picasso", dedicated to the 135th anniversary of the birth of Pablo Picasso (1881-1973).

The xhibition of children's works "Creating with Picasso" presents the work of pupils of a gifted teacher, mentor, senior lecturer of the Design Faculty of Kirovohrad College and Kirovohrad Institute Universities "University of contemporary knowledge", Excellent Educator of Ukraine Iryna Mykhailivna Zantariia. It is dedicated to the birthday of the outstanding Spanish and French artist, one of the greatest artists of the twentieth century, Pablo Picasso.

Zantariia Iryna Mykhailivna is a professional, attentive, caring teacher. Her students are winners of international, national and regional professional competitions, participants of All-Ukrainian competition of fine and decorative arts - International tour "Simple tales" in Lviv (2011), All-Ukrainian competition "Peace and security in Ukraine" (2011), All-Ukrainian Festival of Children and Youth creativity, dedicated to the Earth Day, Kirovohrad (2011, 2012), the Festival of Christ city "Up from the heart" and the international competition "For God I will create the best" Nadvirna city, Ivano-Frankivsk (2011-2013), international competition "Christmas tale" castle of Trakai, Lithuania (2012), the medal of a winner of international children's art exhibition in Lidice, Czech Republic (2013), art action "Healing power of art" (2016) etc.

Students of Iryna Zantariia had multiple times participants of exhibitions, art contests and promotions that were held at Kirovohrad regional art museum, including: art action "Spring plein air" (2011, 2012, 2013.2016), regional competition for the best work of art dedicated to holding in Ukraine of European football Championship "Euro-2012", exhibition "Christmas miracle" (2011), the exhibition "Angels with us" (2013), exhibition of works by students of Design Department of Kirovohrad College and Kirovohrad Institute Universities "University of contemporary knowledge", "My native land" dedicated to the Independence Day of Ukraine (2015), the exhibition "Through the eyes of a small miracle" (2015) and many others.

In 2012, two students of Iryna Mykhailivna opened their personal exhibitions - Alina Dudnik presented the exhibition in the department of Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum – Petro Ossovskyi Picture Gallery "World and Fatherland", and Vitalii Krunich presented his works in the Small Gallery of the Regional Art Museum – T. Shevchenko library for children. In 2014  a solo exhibition of Sofiia Polyvoda "Wonderful World of Sofiia" was opened and of the student of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture of Ukraine Dmytro Tarasenko. In 2015 the Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum opened an exhibition of works by Marichka Khmara "Colours of the rainbow world" etc.

Since 2003, Iryna Mykhailivna takes an active part in the cultural and artistic events of Kirovohrad regional art museum: art action-plein air "Kirovohrad region - through the eyes of artists", International action "Night of Museums", action "Art "pearls "- to the museum's Christmas tree" etc.

The exhibition "Creating with Picasso" exhibits 36 works created in 2016 by the pupils of Iryna Zantariia.

"Find the name", "And who ate the jam Daniil Basetskyi (8 y.o.), "The Conqueror of Heaven", "Benefit", Yvhen Andriichuk (9y.o.) "100% Chocolate", Varvara Komar (9 y.o.) "Looking into the windows", "Premonition", "Time Travel", Marichka Khmara (9 y.o.) "Mrs. Ravlykova", "Midday heat", "The sad artist", "Berry cocktail", "The Wanderer", "Pink Montpensier", Ilona Povalii (9y.o.) "Caramel fountain", "Guess my name",  Daryna Bila (10 y.o.) "Harlequin", Mariia Voloshyna (11y.o.): "Minerva", "Thoughtful Margot", Sofiia Bereza (11y.o.) "Riddle about my name", "Listen to the music with your heart", Oleksii Hilievoi (12y.o.), "Hope for happiness", Viktor Anohin (13y.o.) "Defender of peace" and Alina Dudnik "Hairdresser", Olha Shkoliarova "Flower Girl" Maksym Lasunin "Royal astrologer".

As part of the exhibition opening there was a video presentation on "Learning together the works of Pablo Picasso" and for everyone willing Iryna Mykhailivna held a master-class on monotype.
