«The seasons» by the student of Lviv National Academy of Arts Ylia Stepanok

On 3 September 2014 in Small Gallery of Kirovohrad regional art museum – department department of teenager reading and informational - advisory services – for visitors of Kirovohrad regional library for children named after A. Haidar was opened  «The Seasons» personal exhibition of student of Lviv National Art Academy Yulia Stepanok.

 

Yulia Volodymyrivna Stepanok was born on 13 November 1994 in Hmelnytsk in the family of serviceman. Since 1999 she lives in Kirovohrad. In 2011 she finished Municipal Institution «Educational union – «Harmonia» specialized educational shool of I Level – T. Shevchenko gymnasia – «Kontakt» studio out-of-shool education. After the finishin of gymnasium she studied one year at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy department of the Humanities, but aspiration for creative expression prevailed and since 2013 Yulia is student of Lviv National Art Academy (the department of «History and art theory»).

 

From childhood Yulia had inclination for the beautiful. Since 5 year old she attended clubs and studios at Kirovograd Regional Center for Youth Creativity: studio «Pysanka» (teacher S.V.Storozhnko), «Soniashnyk» studio of fine arts (teacher I.M.Zantaria), studio «Kylymarstvo» (teacher is member Of Ukraine National Masters of Folk Art Union, honored master of folk art of Ukraine I.O.Prenko), «Viktoria» studio of pop song (teace V.I.Havaza), Ukraine Folk Art group – choreographic ensemble «Rosynka» (art director – honored worker of Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Ukraine culture H.Ye.Chaikovska).

In 2008 Y.V.Stepaniuk finished Oleksandr Osmorkin Kirovohrad Children's CityArt School (teachers-A.H.Mindra, V.H.Plitin).

 

Since 8 years she takes part in actions, competitions and numerous exhibitions:

2003 – «Steps to the future» exhibition dedicated to International Children's Day; Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum;

2004 – participant of «Colors of native land» regional competition of children paintings

2006 - «Easter – holyday of life» exhibition, Kirovohrad Museum of Regional Studies;

2008 – participant of «Stepohrai» ukrainian folk art festival, villlage Karbivka of Dobrovelychkivka region.

2009 –  partiticipant of programm dedicated to the International Children's Day, Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum;

2009 – participant of III International children competition-festival «Slavic wreath», Kranevo, Bulgaria;

2010 – exhibition dedicated to  the International Children's Day «Creative work of our children», Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum;

2010 - «Kaleidoscope» personal exhibition, Haidar Kirovohrad regional library for children;

2012 – participant of exhibition dedicated to Youth Day, Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum;

201 – participant of «Nation's treasures of Kirovohrad» works of decorative and applied regional exhibition of Ukraine National Folk Art Masters Union  Kirovohrad regional branch, Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum;

2013 – participant of fifth Easter charitable auction, Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum;

2014 – participant of  Lviv city Festival of painted Easter egg (masterclass of painting easter eggs).

 

 

At the Yulia Stepanok student of Lviv National Art Academy personal exhibition  «The Seasons» are exhibited 14 works of fine arts, which were created during two years.

At the exposition are presented five works from the series of «The Seasons» (2013),, series of works  «Abstraction» (2013), painting canvases «Easter still life» (2013), «Man-cause city» (2013),  «Sundown» (2013) and «Time» (2012).
