Exposure devoted to Christianization of Kievan Rus was held in Kirovograd regional art Museum in the hall, which presents the sacred art in January 17, 2014.
The day of Christianization of Kievan Rus is celebrated on July 28 – according to the Orthodox Church calendar (old style - July 15) on the day of remembrance of Prince Vladimir the Great - the Baptist Kievan Rus (960-1015).
The most valuable treasure of the temple of the soul of man was and remains faith - the eternal human desire for spiritual renewal and self-improvement.
The exposition which is devoted to the 1026th anniversary of Christianization of KievanRusis also supplemented by the old writings from the stock collection of the Kirovograd regional art Museum.
During the exhibition the visitors of the Museum had the opportunity to watch a popular film: "Christianization of KievanRus is the very first Holiday of Motherland".
