"Walk around the old city"
February 23, 2017 as a part of action initiated by the Department of local history and tourism information of Regional Art Museum – series of thematic city tours, there was a walking tour presentation held "Walk around the old city", the route of which goes from the Regional Art Museum to Kovalivka park.
A pleasant surprise was the fact that despite the difficult weather conditions of retreating winter, the willing to take part in this event gathered a lot - about 60 people of different age and professional direction and even people with physical disabilities. The participants of the trip listened with great interest the story of the guide, supplementing it with their own recollections and knowledge of history, put numerous questions, courageously overcame the difficulties of traveling on flooded roads. A great challenge to natural disasters became a warm, friendly atmosphere of the meeting, which got the format of constructive dialogue and mutual information.
After the tour the participants expressed their admiration of what they heard and what they saw, sincerely thanked for the interesting story and expressed their willingness to participate in these tours that would give them new knowledge and experience. So we are looking forward for new meetings.
