“Painter Steppe" was Presented in Odesa Region
On the 1st of November, 2016 an extraordinary event of Steppe Hellas’s art and cultural life was held in the exhibition hall of Odesa regional organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (2 Torhova street, Odesa). Art Odesa region hosted the exhibition of artists of our region, mainly members of Kirovohrad regional organization of the National Union of Artist of Ukraine.
The exhibition project "Painter Steppe" presents the latest creative achievements of Kirovohrad artists. In an elegant exposition hall of Odesa Artists there were presented more than 70 paintings, drawings, decorative and monumental artworks to a wide audience of viewers. The variety of colors and paints, techniques and themes created a real holiday atmosphere of creativity and beauty.
Recently Kirovohrad regional organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine has been experiencing a period of renewal, namely an art and exhibition boom. For about a year the organization has been headed by Andrii Vasyliovych Khvorost, who contributed to opening of many different exhibitions and a series of interesting events. The organization is actively filling up with new young names. Their artworks are also represented along with the paintings of our famous and respected masters. So, it is also pleasant to realize that the works of artists who claim to join the National Union of Artists of Ukraine are actively represented.
This exhibition project was born due to the cooperation of two (Kirovohrad and Odesa) regional organizations of Unions of Artists of Ukraine. And thanks to our countryman, People's Artist of Ukraine, head of the Odessa regional organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine Anatolii Oleksandrovych Horbenko this art project became real - a real art feast!
The presentation of our artists’ work caused great excitement among Odessa citizens, received rave reviews of guests, the media, created a festive atmosphere and left a lasting impression.
Congratulations to our artists with the opening of the exhibition, the presentation of the artistic heritage on the hospitable land of Odessa. We wish inspiration, peace and prosperity!
And of course, at the opening of the exhibition Odessa artists were invited to present their work in Kirovohrad once again!
