"Winter Mood” Master Class
On 14 January 2016 the masterclass on decorative painting “”Winter Mood” under the "Creative Workshop" was held in Petro Ossovskyi Picture Gallery “World & Homeland”, the department of Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum.
This week, visitors of our masterclass "Winter Mood" imagined themselves on a plein-air and feeling a true artist in their soul, tried to convey in their paintings the atmosphere of a true winter and the spirit of childhood, when they were little children playing snowballs, making snowmen and skating.
Landscape, painted by our masters, was made in an interesting, expressive and very emotional style, decorative painting, that has no aerial and linear perspective, and all elements are represented equally clear and arranged as if on the same plane, and the shape of objects, all of them together, creates something like a pattern of winter.
The resulting pictures, made with pencil and gouache, will possess an honourable place in home galleries of our participants and will remind during the year of a great time spent in a creative and friendly atmosphere of the master class.
