Masterclass on Paper Decorations "Christmas Angels"
On 5 January 2016 the masterclass on paper decorations "Christmas Angels" under the "New Year's Creative Workshop" was held in Petro Ossovskyi Picture Gallery “World & Homeland”, the department of Kirovohrad Regional Art Museum.
Waiting for Christmas Petro Ossovskyi Gallery became filled with home warmth and comfort, that are especially pleasant in winter morning when the weather is sunny and frosty, and the snow falls like fluff that shines brightly in the sun. It was such a pleasant atmosphere and lovely, dreamy mood during our masterclass on paper decorations "Christmas Angels".
The event was timed to the holiday that is about to come, and which served an additional stimulus to create a wonderful thing that could be a good gift for friends and relatives. At the workshop the visitors made angels holding hands and being the embodiment of unity and love.
During the masterclasses starting artists were discussing their works and helping each other, they created their own works in the technique of openwork paper decorations not deviating from the canons though. They picked colours to transfer the desired image themselves, creating that way a complete composition.
