Achievements

1999

In 1999 the museum was started plein air art events, "Kirovohrad - Eyes of Artists", which is held every year to the Independence Day of Ukraine in the picturesque corners of our land.
These shares were held in Novhorodkivskomu, Dolynskyy, Dobrovelichkovsky, Novoukrainskiy, Kirovohrad, Onufrievsky, Alexandria, Novomirgorod areas.

2001

May 9, 2001 in the cultural life of the regional center hosted a remarkable event. After a long break Kirovograd Regional Art Museum opened its doors to visitors.

2004

Since the creation of the Regional Art Museum of the room in which it was located, was leased. In 2004, according to the order of the Head of the August 17, 2004 № 496-r "On the creation of appropriate conditions of Regional Art Museum" room at st. Karl Marx, 60 were transferred to the balance of the museum.

2005

From 7 to 12 November 2005 Kirovograd Regional Art Museum took part in the First Ukrainian Museum of the "Museum of the third millennium", dedicated to the 150th anniversary of D. Yavornytsky held at the Dnipropetrovsk Historical Museum.

Following the competition program of the festival Regional Art Museum was awarded a diploma laureate of the festival, diploma winner museum computer and multi-media programs in the category "Museum Web Site" TV Panasonic TC-21FJ22R, and gifts.

2006

In 2006, Kirovograd Regional Art Museum was selected to participate in the Ukrainian-Netherlands project MATRA / Museums of Ukraine.

Museum staff participates in workshops that are held within the project, and adopt new forms of museum work experience Dutch colleagues.

2007

May 18, 2007 opening of the Museum - Petro Ossowskyi Picture Gallery

The opening of the gallery was a remarkable event in the cultural life not only of Kirovohrad but also of Ukraine.

Before opening the gallery, museum staff together with experts Regional Universal Scientific Library. D. Chizhevskogo created a CD dedicated to the life and career of P. Ossovskyi.

The staff of the museum was awarded the Kirovohrad Oblast State Administration and Regional Council.

 

as well as appreciations from the conservation management of cultural property of the Federal Service for Supervision of Legislation in Mass Communications and Cultural Heritage of the Russian Federation.
